- Items must be returned within 07 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. Return and Exchange Process:
